THE IMPACT OF REGIONAL INTEGRATION WITHIN THE EAEU ON THE ECONOMY OF ARMENIA

Abstract

In the modern world, developed and developing countries implement economic development goals not in isolation, but jointly with others who have common interests and goals both in the region and in the global economy. It is obvious that for Armenia, an important format of economic integration is the Eurasian Union, which unites five sovereign states. The results of the first ten years give reason to believe that it is economic integration that will allow the EAEU to occupy important positions in the global economy in various sectors of production of goods and provision of services. It is proposed to create a Council of Economic Experts of the EAEU countries and develop  cooperation with the EEC and leading industrial enterprises in order to identify priority areas for the development of the EAEU, as well as to diagnose common economic threats, justify and create clusters and form a common regional brand of the EAEU.
